Healthy Snack Ideas
Whilst studying you must keep your energy up by eating food. Here is a list of 5 snack ideas to try at home !!
Yoghurt Granola Bowl
Choose any yoghurt of your choice (greek, vanilla, toffee etc !! not chocolate !!) and empty into your bowl. Top the yoghurt with granola and any fruit you like.
Fruit and Melted Chocolate
Melt some chocolate and add your favourite fruits. Fruits that work well with chocolate are apples, bananas and strawberries.
Cinnamon Porridge
Mix milk, porridge oats and cinnamon (sugar is optional). Let it boil and then continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Add toppings like fruit, ground cinnamon or sugar.
Smoothie Bowl
Blend together
1 cup fruits
1/2 cup yoghurt/juice
1 tablespoon of something sweet (e.g. honey, syrup)

Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add toppings like granola or fruit.

- Peach, Orange and Berries
- Avocado, Raspberry, Pineapple and kiwi
- Mango and Passionfruit
Cinnamon Crêpes with fruit
Mix together 75g of flour, 1tsp of cinnamon, 1 egg and 225ml of milk in a bowl. Pour the mixture onto a pan and swirl outwards until you have a thin layer of mixture. Cook for 2 minutes on one side until brown then flip and cook on the other side for another minute.
