❄Nutella Hot Chocolate▶Ingredients Nutella Hot Chocolate 4 cups low fat/skim milk 2 tablespoons Nutella , a chocolate hazelnut spread (or any hazelnut cacao spread) 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tablespoons natural sweetener of choice/raw sugar Optional Toppings: Marshmallows Crushed hazelnuts Chocolate chips Extra Nutella ▶Instructions Heat milk in a medium sized saucepan on medium - high heat until beginning to warm and steam. Add the spread, cocoa powder and sugar, and whisk until dissolved and combined. Bring to a gentle simmer while stirring, and take off heat. Serve with your desired toppings.❄Christmas Day Punch
▶INGREDIENTS 2 litres (1¾ quarts) cranberry juice 700ml (approx. 3 cups) pomegranate juice - I used Pom juice for a stronger flavour 500ml (approx. 2 cups) clementine juice (use orange juice if you can’t find clementine juice) Juice of 2 limes 3 limes, sliced 3 clementines, sliced 100g (1 cup) fresh or frozen cranberries Seeds from 1 pomegranate Ice 1 bottle of prosecco 300ml (1¼ cups) vodka Small bunch of mint leaves ▶INSTRUCTIONS Pour the cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, clementine juice and juice of 2 limes into a large punch bowl and stir. Add the lime slices, clementine slices, cranberries and pomegranate seeds. If you’re making the punch ahead, you can cover and place the punch in the fridge at this point for 2-3 hours. When ready to serve, add ice to the punch, then pour in the prosecco and vodka. Stir and sprinkle on fresh mint leaves.



❄FROZEN GINGERBREAD HOT CHOCOLATE
▶INGREDIENTS 3 cups hot chocolate or hot cocoa, cooled 3 scoops vanilla frozen yogurt or ice cream 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon optional: cream and chocolate shavings to top ▶INSTRUCTIONS Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until well combined. Top with cream and chocolate shavings and serve immediately.❄Cinnamon white russian▶INGREDIENTS °cinnamon simple syrup: 3 cups water 3 cups granulated sugar 2 cinnamon sticks °cinnamon white russian: large ice cubes 4 parts Absolut vodka 3 parts coffee liquor 3 parts cinnamon simple syrup 2 parts cream (okay, fine, a little extra won’t hurt) ▶INSTRUCTIONS Make the Cinnamon Simple Syrup: Heat the water, sugar, and cinnamon sticks over medium high heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Simmer longer for more cinnamon taste. Make the Cinnamon White Russian: Place an ice cube in each glass. Add ingredients in order listed. Swirl before and after adding the cream to get everything mixed together real nice. You can also mix the drink in a shaker with ice cubes to chill it faster.
