New Year's Mantras 💙❄️

1. Caring about what people think is not going to help you grow in life.
2. Wondering about all of the what if's in life are only going to add more stress and anxiety of the possible outcomes when you should be focusing on current events.
3. Focus on your current goals and tasks. Do not look to far ahead into your future goals because you may get stressed out about the future.
4. Live your life in the moment.
5. Inhale good vibes, exhale bad vibes.
6. You are the most important person in your life.
7. Take time for yourself doing something that you love whether that's photography shoots, reading romance novels, or watching your favorite movie with some hot tea or hot coco.
These are some important things that I personally need to focus on in my life currently because I have been really stressed out because of my first semester in college...
